Absolutely delicious! Fresh, great presentation and the flavors!! Had the seared tuna, ajillo mushrooms, apple tart and cheesecake. Just perfect!
This was a wonderful experience that was a bit of a surprise. We went for their valentine's day special. Come to find out, they had a full time good-sized vegan menu, and their vegan cheesecake was one of the best vegan desserts we have had. It was creamy, but airy; rich, but balanced; and just the right amount of sweet to satiate, but not over power. The vegan pizza was very tasty, and their salad had a unique twist with the delivery being in a cucumber.
Staff, food, seating layout and atmosphere all made for a very good evening out. Most dishes have the hummingbird flare. Great flavors with a twist of creativity. Back a year later and it is hard to believe but Colibri is better than ever. Very good live music tonight, not overpowering so table talk is not drown out. Should stop and try this excellent restaurant out if your in San Carlos Mexico.
Colibri San Carlos is just amazing. The food is delicious, the ambiance is so relaxing and welcoming, live music I don't give them 5 on food because of the drinks. Everything else is just perfect. Take into consideration that you have to call to make reservations.
Great place with excellent service! Fabiola went far and beyond to ensure my mum had an amazing BD! I will be forever thankful for that, after we had a terrible experience at our accommodation in San Carlos.

This place was EXCELLENT!! We had a great experience with live entertainment! The fish of the day was prepared perfectly... We ate here 3 times it was so good. Never had a bad meal.
Fabulous vegan pizza with a cool vibe! They have a whole page of vegan options! Great margaritas and friendly service, too!
